Healthcare Innovation Management

Twenty one Danish executives from The Capital Region (public) and their partners from the private sector have already been though a training program at the Danish Technical University DTU before they arrive to Silicon Valley next Sunday evening.

In Denmark they have been through the exercise of pinning down what exactly is their burning platform within healthcare and with the professors and coaches written their innovation intent. With that in hand, they arrive to Palo Alto to spend 9 days with ICDK to further explore how to take the innovation intent to build a sustainable innovation strategy for their organizations.

We have partnered up with Stanford's Center for Professional Training. Through an intense 5 day program the participants will learn everything from doing new business creation, bridging the chasm, rapid transformation in big corporations to frame work for execution. ICDK has designed this program, orchestrated it on the Danish and American side, and we truly believe in disrupting even the large corporations in order to strengthen the Danish competitiveness.
